**Title:** Registered Nurse – Cardiovascular
**Schedule:**
- Shift: 12hr, Days, 0700 start
**Assignment Details:**
- Contract Length: 13 weeks
- Guaranteed Hours: 36
**Requirements:**
- Current RN license
- Current BLS certification
- Current ACLS certification
- EPIC charting experience
- 2 years of Critical Care experience
- Successful completion of prior traveler assignments
**Roles & Responsibilities:**
- Provide medical, pre-operative, and post-operative surgical care to patients with various cardiovascular conditions.
- Monitor patients’ vital signs and assess health status to detect any changes in condition.
- Administer medications and intravenous therapies as prescribed.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Educate patients and families about health management and recovery plans.
**Compliance / Notes:**
- May float to other units including Med/Surg as needed.
