**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Deliver coordinated nursing care for assigned patients according to established standards and nursing processes.
- Supervise and direct the activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff.
- Coordinate care with other disciplines while utilizing critical thinking and professional judgment.
- Ensure compliance with established nursing protocols and standards of care.
- Provide patient education and support for patients and their families.
- Continuously assess patient needs and adjust care plans as necessary.
