Registered Nurse – MS/Tele

Schedule

Night shift: 18:45 - 07:15. Contract length of 13 weeks or longer accepted. Additional hours available (36 or 48 hours per week). Self-scheduling based on unit needs.

Assignment Details

On occasion, floating to other units may be required. Every other weekend is expected.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience required.
• Valid BLS certification.
• Experience with IV starts and telemetry.
• EKG testing must be passed prior to starting.
• Familiarity with electronic systems such as Pyxis, SBAR, and EPIC is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to surgical patients, including those undergoing colorectal, general surgery, hepatobiliary, orthopedics, urology, and vascular procedures.
• Monitor patient conditions and report changes to the clinical team.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to establish and evaluate care plans.
• Educate patients and families regarding care procedures and health management.

Compliance / Notes
