Registered Nurse – MS/Tele

Schedule

Night shift, 36 or 48 hours per week, from 18:45 to 07:15. Every other weekend required.

Assignment Details

Minimum 13-week contract length, accepted through end date of 2/27.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience required.
• BLS certification required.
• IV start and telemetry skills required.
• Must pass EKG testing prior to start.
• Self-scheduling based on unit needs.
• Float requirement: Occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to surgical patients including colorectal, general surgery, hepatobiliary, orthopedics, urology, and vascular surgeries.
• Monitor patient vital signs and telemetry readings.
• Administer medications and treatments as per physician orders.
• Document patient information and care in the electronic medical record system.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
