Neonatal Intensive Care Unit RN assignment at Providence St. Mary Medical Center in Apple Valley, CA. Day 3x12-hour schedule caring for premature and critically ill newborns in a 14-bed Level III NICU with 1:2-3 staffing based on acuity. Provides comprehensive neonatal critical care, assists with high-risk deliveries, manages central lines, ventilators, oscillators, and advanced neonatal therapies while documenting in Epic. May float to Mother/Baby for newborn care based on competency. Every other weekend required; no call.
