Schedule

Shift hours: 1900p-0700a
Weekend Requirement: Every Other Weekend
Holiday Requirement: Must be available to work every other holiday, if needed

Assignment Details

Contract Length: 13 weeks

Requirements

• Active New York Single State LPN license required
• Certification: BLS
• Acute Care experience within the last 2 years
• EPIC experience required
• Skills: Vital signs, pain assessment, intake/output monitoring, physical restraints, specimen labeling, oxygen administration via nasal cannula, feeding tube management, telemetry monitoring, 12-lead EKG, medication administration, IV therapy, blood glucose monitoring, wound care basics, Foley catheter insertion, clean catch urine collection

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care, including the administration of medications
• Monitor and assess patient conditions, reporting changes to the nursing team
• Assist with daily living activities and personal care
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
• Ensure compliance with safety and infection control protocols
