WI LTC CNA, Full Time NOC Shift (10pm-6am)

Your support and compassion will shine through as you assist residents with their daily activities in a safe and nurturing setting! **Essential Job Duties:** - Respond promptly to call lights to assist residents. - Support residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including: - Toileting - Transferring - Bathing - Grooming - Monitor and report any changes in resident conditions to the nursing team. - Obtain vital signs, weights, and other relevant information. - Ensure timely care to meet residents' needs. - Report any allegations of abuse, neglect, or misappropriation instantly to the charge nurse. - Fulfill additional duties as requested to support the team and residents. **Required Qualifications:** - Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification is a must. - Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required. - Previous experience in a related role is preferred but not mandatory. - Attention to detail and exceptional accuracy in care delivery. **Shift Information:** - NOC Shift 10pm to 6am with weekend and holiday rotation required. **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
