Physical Therapist – Therapy

Assignment Details

Contract length and guaranteed hours per week will be discussed during the application process.

Requirements

• Current state license as a Physical Therapist.
• At least 1 year of experience in a clinical setting.
• Knowledge of EMR systems.
• Experience with patient evaluations and developing treatment plans.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and assess patients' physical conditions.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Educate patients and their families on rehabilitation processes.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care.
• Document patient treatments and progress accurately.
