Registered Nurse (RN) - Tele

**Title:** RN – Telemetry **Schedule:** - Shift: 12-hour Nights; 1900-0730 - Days: 3 days per week - Weekend Rotation: Every Other Required **Assignment Details:** - Contract Length: 13 Weeks - Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week **Requirements:** - License: RN in the state - Certifications: BLS - Experience: Minimum 1 year of recent telemetry experience - Skills: Experience with TR Band, cardiac drips (e.g., Heparin, Lasix, Cardizem), and Tikosyn/Sotalol initiation process. **Roles & Responsibilities:** - Monitor patients’ vital signs and telemetry data. - Administer medications and manage cardiac drips per protocols. - Communicate effectively with healthcare team members regarding patient care. - Educate patients and families about their conditions and treatments. - Respond promptly to changing patient conditions and emergencies. **Compliance / Notes:** - Orientation: Initial orientation will occur over several days at the facility. - Credentialing: Background checks and lab work must be completed within specified timelines. - Facility Policies: Comply with nicotine-free facility policies.
