Registered Nurse – Operating Room

Schedule

8-hour days, Monday to Thursday, 0700-1630, plus call.

Assignment Details

Guaranteed Hours: 40/week
Contract Weeks: 13

Requirements

• Current RN license
• 2 years of circulating experience in the OR
• Experience in endoscopies, general surgery, orthopedics, urology, and podiatry preferred
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required
• Experience with Oracle/Cerner EMR preferred
• Travel experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care before, during, and after surgery
• Assist in surgical procedures as a circulating nurse
• Monitor patient conditions and provide post-operative care
• Coordinate with surgical teams and ensure safety measures are followed
• Deliver quality patient education and support
