Requirements

• Active nursing license
• Current BLS certification
• Minimum of 1 year of recent experience in a similar role
• Strong assessment and clinical skills

• Assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care.
• Supervising and delegating tasks to the patient care team.
• Ensuring high-quality and safe nursing care.
• Supporting management in maintaining clinical staff competency.
• Managing resources effectively related to patient care.
