• Experience with high-acuity patients

Responsibilities

• Assessing patient needs and implementing appropriate nursing care
• Planning and coordinating patient care activities
• Supervising and delegating tasks to clinical staff
• Maintaining compliance with nursing standards and protocols
• Ensuring high-quality and safe patient care
