About the role
**Title:** Registered Nurse - Critical Care
**Schedule:** Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM
**Assignment Details:**
- Guaranteed Hours: 48.00
- Contract Length: 8 weeks
**Requirements:**
- Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice: Required
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification: Required
- Neonatal Resuscitation (NRP) certification: Required
- At least two years of recent experience in the field: Required
- Recent experience with EPIC and Cerner: Required
**Roles & Responsibilities:**
- Deliver coordinated nursing care for patients according to established standards and nursing processes.
- Supervise and direct the activities of nursing staff and coordinate care with other healthcare disciplines.
- Collect and analyze assessment data to determine diagnosis and care issues.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate patient care plans while promoting a safe and healing environment.
- Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare providers in delivering comprehensive care.
- Provide education and support to patients and families regarding health information and discharge planning.
