L&D RN – Charge Nurse

Schedule

Shift: 3x12 or 4x12 Nights

Assignment Details

Assignment Length: 13 or 26 Weeks
Guaranteed Hours: 60 Hours per 2 weeks

Requirements

• Active RN license in hand
• Certifications: BLS, ACLS, AWHONN Intermediate and Advanced, NRP
• Minimum of 1 year of experience
• Charge Nurse experience preferred or willing to train as charge

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in the labor and delivery unit
• Manage the nursing team and ensure efficient and safe patient care
• Supervise and guide staff in the delivery and post-partum care
• Coordinate patient admissions, discharges, and transfers
• Ensure compliance with facility and regulatory policies
