Registered Nurse – Labor and Delivery

Schedule

Shifts: 3x12 or 4x12 Nights. Every other weekend required.

Assignment Details

Length: 13 or 26 weeks. Guaranteed Hours: 60 hours per 2 weeks.

Requirements

• Active RN license in the state required.
• BLS, ACLS, AWHONN Intermediate and Advanced, NRP certifications required.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience required; first-timers accepted.
• Charge experience preferred or willingness to be trained as charge.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a high-risk labor and delivery unit.
• Monitor and assess patients during labor and postpartum.
• Assist with patient triage and testing in the maternity unit.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement care plans.
• Participate in patient education and support for families.
