Registered Nurse – Labor and Delivery

Schedule

Night shifts, 3x12-hour shifts (19:00 - 07:00). Weekend coverage every other weekend.

Assignment Details

Contract length available for up to 13 weeks with a minimum of 36 guaranteed hours per week.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience required; first-time travelers accepted.
• Current and valid nursing license.
• Clinical screening required for fit assessment.
• Ability to float within facility and scope of practice as needed.
• Compliance with all facility policies required to start on time.
• Maximum 7 days of requested time off allowed.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in labor and delivery.
• Monitor and assess patients during labor and delivery to ensure safety and address any complications.
• Educate patients and families on the delivery process and newborn care.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to facilitate optimal patient outcomes.
• Document patient care accurately and timely in compliance with facility guidelines.
