Registered Nurse (RN) - Director of Nursing

**Branch Director – Healthcare** **Requirements:** - Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Nursing or equivalent. - RN, LPN, or LVN licensure. - Current driver's license with reliable transportation and insurance. - Current CPR certification preferred. - Minimum of 3 years of supervisory and administrative experience in home care or hospice. **Roles & Responsibilities:** - Manage day-to-day branch operations to ensure operational efficiencies and quality of patient care. - Supervise branch and clinical staff, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations. - Develop and implement branch operations, including planning and analyzing to promote growth. - Work with the finance department to establish revenue and budget goals for the branch. - Collaborate with clinical managers to enhance performance and delivery of quality home care services. - Conduct quality improvement meetings and review patient satisfaction data to address any areas of concern. **Compliance / Notes:** - Must adhere to all company policies and procedures. - Responsible for maintaining confidentiality and compliance with regulatory standards.
