Registered Nurse - Long Term Care/SNF

Candidates must hold an active Registered Nurse license and a current BLS certification. A minimum of one year of clinical nursing experience is required, preferably within long-term care or geriatric care environments. Prior travel experience is required for this role. Candidates must also have recent EPIC electronic medical record experience within the past two years, which is considered mandatory. Dementia capable care certification is preferred but not required. Reliable personal transportation is required due to limited public transportation in the area. Candidates should also be prepared to work flexible schedules including weekends, holidays, and occasional floating between long-term care and memory care units as needed.
