Travel Nurse – Post-Acute Care

Schedule

12-Hour Night Shift. Varies- no guaranteed weekends, no days off guaranteed unless in contract. Must be able to work all holidays.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year clinical experience required.
• EPIC experience from within the past 2 years is required.
• IV Certification preferred for LPNs.
• Dementia capable care certification preferred.
• Prior travel experience required.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care to patients in a post-acute setting.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor patient conditions and communicate necessary information to the healthcare team.
• Assist with daily living activities and support rehabilitation efforts.
• Document patient care in the electronic medical record system.
