Park Manor Health & Rehabilitation is seeking compassionate and dependable Nursing Assistants (NAs) who are interested in becoming Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs).

No CNA certification? No problem! We offer paid training to help you gain the skills and experience needed to become a CNA while working alongside our nursing team.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
• Support residents with meals, hydration, and personal care needs.
• Help maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable resident environment.
• Observe and report changes in resident condition to licensed nursing staff.
• Provide compassionate care and emotional support to residents.
• Participate in required CNA training and competency evaluations.
• Follow infection prevention, safety, and resident care guidelines.

Resident care duties will be assigned according to training, competency, and applicable regulations.

Qualifications

• No CNA certification required – Paid CNA training provided!
• No previous healthcare experience required.
• Compassionate, dependable, and eager to learn.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to complete CNA training and certification requirements.
• Ability to perform the physical requirements of the position.
