Base Pay: $14.00–$17.30 per hour (based on experience)

Shifts Available: Day, Evening & Night

Glen Haven Health & Rehabilitation is seeking compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our nursing team on all shifts.

As a CNA, you’ll provide hands-on resident care, assist with daily activities, and work alongside our nursing staff to ensure residents receive quality, compassionate care in our skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility.

Available Shifts

• Day Shift: 7:00 AM–3:00 PM
• Evening Shift: 3:00 PM–11:00 PM
• Night Shift: 11:00 PM–7:00 AM

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and daily activities.
• Help residents with mobility, transfers, positioning, and ambulation.
• Assist with meals, feeding, and hydration as needed.
• Monitor and report changes in resident condition to licensed nursing staff.
• Obtain and document vital signs and assigned care information.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents.
• Follow infection prevention, resident safety, and care plan guidelines.

Qualifications

• Current Alabama Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification – REQUIRED.
• Skilled nursing, rehabilitation, long-term care, or healthcare experience preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Compassionate, dependable, and committed to quality resident care.
• Ability to perform the physical requirements of the position.
