Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team in a Long-Term Care/Skilled Nursing Facility (LTC/SNF). The ideal candidate will provide high-quality nursing care to residents while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the best patient outcomes.

Job Details

• Shift Type: Day and Evening
• Shift Length: Combination of 8 and 12 hours
• Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week
• Years of Experience Required: 2 years
• Length of Assignment: 13 weeks
• Weekend Coverage: Every other weekend
• Holiday Coverage: Every other holiday
• Overtime Availability: Yes
• Targeted Start Date: ASAP

Shifts

• Day: 6 AM - 2 PM / 6 AM - 6 PM
• Evening: 2 PM - 10 PM

Work Environment

The facility comprises 42 beds, with a nurse-to-patient ratio of 2 nurses during the day and evening shifts and 1 nurse during the night shift. The types of patients include those requiring long-term care, memory care, dementia support, and orthopedic rehabilitation.

Required Qualifications

• BLS Certification
• A minimum of 2 years of LPN experience in LTC/SNF settings

Orientation and Training

New hires will undergo a comprehensive orientation, including building procedures and lift training, lasting approximately 2 to 4 hours.
