Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide high-quality care in a Long-Term Care/Skilled Nursing Facility setting. The ideal candidate will perform nursing duties with compassion and professionalism while ensuring the well-being of residents.

Shift Details

• Primary Shifts: 6 AM - 2 PM, 6 AM - 6 PM, and 2 PM - 10 PM
• Combination of 8-hour and 12-hour shifts
• Every other weekend and holiday coverage required

Position Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience
• BLS Certification is required
• Experience in Long-Term Care and Skilled Nursing Facility preferred

Work Environment

• Ratio: 2 nurses during daytime/evening shifts, 1 nurse during night shifts
• Facility includes 42 beds, catering to residents with various diagnoses including memory care and dementia
• EMR System: PCC

Additional Information

• Location-specific orientation will be provided, including training on lifts and safety protocols (approximately 2-4 hours)
• Overtime opportunities are available
• Position length is 13 weeks with guaranteed hours of 36 per week
