Facility: Adventist Health Portland
Location: Portland/Dallas, OR

Contract Details
Duration: 13 weeks
Shift: Days/Nights
Hours: 36 hours per week

Travel Pay
Rate: $25/hour
Weekly Gross: $900
Taxable: $612/week
Non-taxable: $288/week

Local Rate: $24/hour

Requirements
Active CNA certification required.
Relevant patient care experience.
Availability for day or night shifts.
