Location: Jacksonville, FL (and surrounding areas)
Pay: $18.00–$22.00 per hour

Looking for a caregiving position that offers flexibility, weekly pay, and the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with your clients?

Concierge Care is seeking dependable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and Certified Home Health Aides (HHAs) for one-on-one, private duty home care opportunities in Jacksonville's Southside and Baymeadows area.

We are recruiting caregivers interested in recurring weekly schedules, part-time shifts, and additional client assignments as local care needs arise.

What We Offer

• $18–$22 per hour, paid weekly

• W-2 employment — not 1099

• Flexible PRN and part-time schedules

• Weekday and weekend opportunities based on client needs

• Recurring client assignments when available

• Opportunities for additional hours

• One-on-one senior care in clients' homes

• No personal liability insurance required
  
  

Your Responsibilities

• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal care

• Provide companionship and daily living support

• Help with mobility and transfers

• Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping

• Provide medication reminders

• Assist with errands and transportation as needed

• Support clients with Alzheimer's or dementia
  
  

Required Qualifications

• Active Florida CNA license OR Certified Home Health Aide (HHA) certificate from a Florida-approved school

• Valid driver's license and current auto insurance

• Current CPR certification

• Social Security card

• Health statement completed within the past 6 months

• Required Florida caregiver CEUs and training

• Eligibility for AHCA/FLClearinghouse Level 2 background screening
