Registered Nurse (RN)
Role Responsibilities
The Registered Nurse will conduct patient assessments, develop and implement care plans, and monitor patient progress. Key responsibilities include:
- Assessing patients' health status through observations and discussions.
- Administering medications and treatments as per physician orders.
- Educating patients and their families on health management and wellness.
- Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Documenting patient care and progress accurately and promptly.
- Ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
- Previous experience in a clinical setting is advantageous.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
Additional Information
The role may require occasional travel between multiple locations within the region.
