Registered Nurse (RN)

Responsibilities

The Registered Nurse (RN) will be responsible for a variety of patient care duties, including but not limited to:

• Performing assessments and monitoring patient conditions.
• Administering medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Collaborating with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Providing education and support to patients and their families.
• Documenting patient progress and responding to changes in patient status.
• Participating in quality improvement initiatives and maintaining a safe environment.

Qualifications

Candidates for the Registered Nurse (RN) position should meet the following qualifications:

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
• Previous nursing experience in a clinical setting is an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a healthcare team.
• Skills in critical thinking and problem-solving.
