Requirements

• Point-Click-Care experience required
• Travelers must reside no more than 100 miles from the facility

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality patient care based on evidence-based practices
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care
• Document and report patient observations and care activities
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Manage patients’ care plans and adjust as necessary
