Schedule

Part Time (37.5 Hours/Biweekly; 3 shifts/2 shifts Rotation)

Assignment Details

Must be licensed for 1 year with one (1) year of previous Long Term Care experience.

Requirements

• NYS Nursing Assistant Certification Required
• BLS Certification (AHA or RQI specifically)
• High School Diploma or GED

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance with residents' activities of daily living (ADLs) as outlined in the plan of care.
• Maintain a safe and clean environment for residents, promptly answering call lights and alarms.
• Assist in meeting residents' nutritional needs in accordance with their care plans.
• Support residents' rehabilitative needs by following proper procedures for restorative care.
• Report any changes in residents’ physical, emotional, and psychosocial status to the Charge Nurse.
