Certified Nursing Assistant – Long Term Care

Schedule

Full Time CNA (7.5 hours/day x 5 days/week - 37.5 hours) - evening shifts + every other weekend/holiday required.

Requirements

• NYS Nursing Assistant Certification required.
• 1-year minimum experience as a licensed CNA in a long-term care setting.
• Must have High School Diploma or GED.
• BLS certification (must be through AHA or RQI).

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living needs per care plan.
• Maintain resident safety and environment.
• Support residents with meals and dietary needs.
• Assist with mobility and rehabilitation needs.
• Take and record vital signs.
• Report resident concerns and changes to nursing staff promptly.
• Complete all required documentation in a timely manner.
