Concierge Care is welcoming experienced and compassionate caregivers to our Fernandina Beach home care team. We're seeking Certified Home Health Aides (HHAs) and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) who take pride in delivering dependable, personalized assistance to older adults.

Our private duty home care opportunities allow caregivers to work directly with individual clients, develop meaningful relationships, and provide the attention each senior deserves.

Whether you're interested in supplemental hours or a regular part-time schedule, we want to connect with qualified caregivers in Fernandina Beach and Amelia Island.

A Day in Home Care

As a caregiver with Concierge Care, your responsibilities may include helping clients begin their mornings, assisting with personal hygiene, preparing nutritious meals, encouraging safe movement, and providing companionship throughout the day.

Additional duties may include light household tasks, medication reminders, errands, transportation, and assistance for individuals living with dementia or Alzheimer's disease.

Required Credentials

Applicants must meet the following requirements:

• Current Florida Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license or Certified Home Health Aide (HHA) certificate from a Florida-approved school

• Valid driver's license

• Current automobile insurance

• Current CPR certification

• Social Security card

• Health statement dated within the past six months

• Required caregiver education: 2 hours Alzheimer's, 1 hour HIV/AIDS, and 2 hours medication assistance

• Eligibility for Florida AHCA/FLClearinghouse Level 2 background screening
