What is Non-Medical Caregiving?
Non-medical home care focuses on assisting seniors and adults with daily living tasks so they can remain safely, comfortably, and independently in their own homes. During 3rd shift, this centers on safety supervision, nighttime bathroom assistance, fall prevention, peaceful companionship, and gentle morning preparation. No invasive medical procedures are involved—your focus is attentive safety, dignity, and dependable care.

SERIOUS INQUIRIES ONLY: We are hiring dependable 3rd shift professionals immediately. Please apply only if you prefer nights, weekends, are committed to arriving on time, honoring scheduled overnight shifts, weekend shifts, and communicating proactively. 

Your Role & Responsibilities:

• Personal care and attentive assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Overnight companionship, safety support, and fall prevention (awake shifts)
• Toileting, safe transfer/mobility, grooming, and dressing assistance
• Medication reminders (as permitted by non-medical care guidelines)
• Light housekeeping, evening settling routines, and morning breakfast prep
• Care-plan follow-through, timely documentation, and clear handoff communication
• Prompt communication with the HomeWell care team

Compensation: $14.00 - $18.00 per hour
