Telemetry/Medical-Surgical - Registered Nurse

Job Title: MED-SURG/TELE
Location: Corvallis, Oregon
Schedule: 7:00PM - 7:00AM x 3
Term: 13-week assignment with the potential for extension
Pay Rate: $57 - $61/hr

Astrya Global, a San Diego based medical staffing agency, is hiring a MED-SURG/TELE for a temporary assignment in Corvallis, Oregon. These positions are 13-week contracts with the ability to extend.

Responsibilities for a MED-SURG/TELE:

• Provide professional nursing care to acutely ill adults in a Medical Surgical setting
• Care for patients requiring both emergent and elective surgery
• Maintain current, unencumbered Oregon RN license
• Maintain current Healthcare Provider Level BLS certification
• Maintain current AHA ACLS certification
• Apply orthopedic and bariatric experience in patient care delivery
• Utilize telemetry monitoring for patients requiring stable cardiac monitoring
• Deliver highest standards of professional care in collaboration with the nursing team
• Pursue and maintain specialty certification in Medical Surgical Nursing as encouraged
