Registered Nurse – Public Health Case Management

Schedule

Day Shift, village travel.

Assignment Details

Transition to permanent position may be possible.

Requirements

• Current RN licensure in State.
• Current BLS; ACLS and PALS recommended.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as an RN or in a related field.
• Proficiency in MS Office and Cerner within 3 months of hire.
• Knowledge and experience in Pediatrics required.
• Fluent in English; familiarity with Yugtun preferred.
• Must demonstrate ability to train and guide Health Aides.

Responsibilities

• Oversee comprehensive case management for public health services.
• Train Community Health Aides to administer tests and vaccinations.
• Design, monitor, and assess public health programs.
• Travel to various locations to provide education and instruction.
• Coordinate with healthcare providers and maintain patient records.
• Stay updated on public health knowledge to enhance patient outcomes.
