RN - VNA Home Health Care - Danvers, MA

VNA Care is seeking a Home Health RN for a full time Case Manager role.

Schedules available: Monday- Friday, 40 hours from 8a-4:30p.

Salary range: $86,000 - $129,000 for a full-time schedule, will need to adjust for part-time schedules.

Danvers Territory: Beverly, Wenham, Topsfield, Hamilton, Ipswich, Essex, Gloucester, Rockport and Manchester by the Sea

Requirements:

• Compassionate, enjoy working with patients and their families, organized and ability to multi-task.

• Good standing MA RN License

• 1 year of med/surg experience; 1 year of acute care experience helpful

• Willingness to travel within a territory.
