Registered Nurse (RN) - Tele

**TITLE** Registered Nurse – Medical-Surgical **SCHEDULE** 3 shifts of 12 hours per week **REQUIREMENTS** - 2 years of experience preferred - BLS certification required - State or Compact license must be in hand at the time of submittal - Experience with telemetry care, dysrhythmia interpretation, ABG interpretation, tracheostomy care, HFNC/BiPAP/CPAP management, central/PICC/PIV care, IV starts, feeding tube care, wound care, blood product administration, pre/post cardiac and dialysis care preferred - Familiarity with Epic charting system required **ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES** - Provide high-quality nursing care to adult and geriatric patients in a medical-surgical setting - Monitor patient vital signs and evaluate changes in patient conditions - Administer medications and treatments as prescribed - Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to promote optimal patient outcomes - Educate patients and families regarding health conditions and treatment plans - Participate in rapid response and code teams as necessary **COMPLIANCE / NOTES** - Requested time off must be listed at the time of submittal - All core items and labs must be completed within 48 hours of contract signing - Orientation modules estimated at 4–6 hours onsite (non-billable)
