Registered Nurse (RN) - Tele

**Title** Registered Nurse – Medical Surgical **Schedule** 3 x 12-hour day shifts **Requirements** - 2 years of nursing experience preferred - State or Compact license must be in hand at time of submittal - BLS certification required - Experience with telemetry care, dysrhythmia interpretation, and critical care management preferred - Familiarity with Epic charting system required **Roles & Responsibilities** - Provide high-quality nursing care to adult and geriatric patients - Monitor patient vital signs and health status, administering medications and treatments as prescribed - Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including physical therapy, social services, and pharmacy - Participate in rapid response and emergency code teams as needed - Educate patients and families regarding health conditions and post-discharge care **Compliance / Notes** - All requested time off must be listed at the time of submittal - Core items/labs must be completed within 48 hours of contract signing - Orientation modules to be completed onsite; RN modules average 4–6 hours (non-billable)
