Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred
• Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice required
• Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification required
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification required
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification required
• Two years recent experience in field required

Responsibilities

• Delivers coordinated nursing care for patients based on established standards of care.
• Supervises and directs the activities of nursing staff and coordinates care with other disciplines.
• Collects and analyzes relevant data pertinent to the patient's health.
• Implements care plans and evaluates progress towards established outcomes.
• Collaborates with patients, families, and healthcare providers to provide a safe and healing environment.
• Participates in discharge planning and coordinates duties of healthcare team members.
