Requirements

• Active nursing license
• CPR certification
• Previous nursing experience preferred
• Strong critical thinking skills
• Familiarity with nursing processes and standards of care

Responsibilities

• Deliver coordinated nursing care for patients according to established standards.
• Supervise and direct the activities of assigned nursing staff.
• Coordinate care with other disciplines.
• Utilize professional discretion and independent judgment in patient care.
• Engage in effective critical thinking and problem-solving.
