Nursing – Wound Care

Assignment Details

This is a contract position with a duration of 13 weeks and guaranteed hours/week.

Requirements

• Current Nursing License
• Certification in Wound Care preferred
• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• Experience with electronic medical record (EMR) systems
• Strong assessment, clinical, and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients with wounds.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Utilize evidence-based practices for wound management.
• Educate patients and their families about wound care protocols.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
