Registered Nurse – Neuro

Assignment Details

Guaranteed Hours: 36 Weekly
Contract Weeks: 13

Requirements

• 2 years of nursing experience required
• Must have experience in Neuro
• Current BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required
• Experience with Cardene and Cleviprex is required
• Ability to read EKG rhythms
• Degree accreditation must be included in the profile or 5 years of experience required

Responsibilities

• Provide care for patients in a Neuro setting
• Maintain proper patient-to-nurse ratios
• Administer medications and monitor patient conditions
• Support patients and their families through the care process
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Participate in patient education and discharge planning
