Guaranteed Hours: 36 Weekly
Contract Weeks: 13

Requirements

• 2 years of PCU experience required
• Prior travel experience preferred
• BLS, ACLS, & NIHSS required
• EMR: Epic
• Degree accreditation must be on profile or must have 5 years of acute care experience

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a surgical progressive care unit
• Monitor and assess patient health and progress
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams for optimal patient outcomes
• Educate patients and families on health management and post-discharge care
