Registered Nurse (RN) - PCU

**ROLE – SPECIALTY** **Schedule:** - 12-hour rotating days/nights or 12-night-only contracts available **Requirements:** - Minimum of 2 years acute care nursing experience (must be current within last 12 months) - At least 1 year PCU/stepdown experience within that 2-year total - Travel experience required - Required certifications: BLS, ACLS - Preferred certifications: ONS chemotherapy certification, NIHSS (optional) - EMR experience with EPIC **Roles & Responsibilities:** - Monitor and assess patient conditions, including telemetry - Administer medications and treatments as prescribed - Manage intravenous therapies and blood product administration - Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team for comprehensive patient care - Implement infection prevention and falls prevention strategies **Compliance / Notes:** - Strict credentialing deadline: Tuesday prior to start - Fingerprinting required ASAP after booking - Must have valid state or compact license at time of submission - Return-to-Office (RTO) required with submission - Reference requirement: 2 professional references (1 must be manager/director)
