Registered Nurse – Pulmonary / Thoracic

12hr Nights, 7pm-7am, Varies

Assignment Details

Guaranteed Hours: 36 Weekly
Contract Weeks: 12

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of recent experience within specialty
• Current AHA BLS & ACLS certifications
• NIHSS preferred
• Experience with intermediate medical patients, high risk respiratory, cardiac thoracic surgery, hepatobiliary surgery, and head/neck surgery
• Familiarity with patients on RA to BIPAP or Optiflow

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to assigned patients
• Monitor and assess patient health and respond to changes in condition
• Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Educate patients and families on health management and post-discharge care

Compliance / Notes

Must work 2 major holidays (Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year's Day) and 1 minor holiday (Day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, New Year's Eve).
