**Title:** RN – Medical Step Down Unit
**Schedule:** Night 12x3
**Assignment Details:**
- Contract Length: 13 weeks
- Guaranteed Hours: 36 per week
**Requirements:**
- 2 years of experience
- ACLS certification
- BLS certification
**Roles & Responsibilities:**
- Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in a medical step down unit.
- Monitor and assess patient conditions, documenting observations and interventions.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Educate patients and families on health management and disease prevention.
- Respond to emergencies and manage acute care situations.
