Registered Nurse – PACU

Schedule

12hr Days, 9A to 9P, call required.

Assignment Details

Guaranteed Hours: 36 Weekly
Contract Weeks: 13

Requirements

• 2 Years of PACU experience required
• PACU (ICU/ER) experience required
• BLS & ACLS required
• Experience with EMR: EPIC preferred
• Degree accreditation verification required or 5 years of experience
• Prior travel experience highly preferred

Responsibilities

• Monitor patients recovering from anesthesia
• Assess patient needs and administer appropriate care
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for optimal patient outcomes
• Educate patients and families on post-operative care
• Document care provided accurately in electronic medical records
