Registered Nurse (RN) - OR

**Title** Registered Nurse – Oncology **Schedule** - Rotating shifts including a combination of 8-, 10-, and 12-hour shifts to equal 40 hours per week. - Typical shift windows: 06:30–17:00, 06:30–19:00, 10:30–20:30. - Weekend coverage variable; weekend shifts required as needed. - Call may be required, with staff typically signing up on a rotation. **Requirements** - Minimum 2 years of RN experience. - Travel nursing experience required. - EPIC charting experience required. - BLS certification required. - Preferred: ACLS, circulating and scrubbing experience, robotic surgery experience (Da Vinci). **Roles & Responsibilities** - Provide direct patient care in an oncology setting. - Assess patient health status and communicate findings to the healthcare team. - Develop and implement nursing care plans. - Educate patients and families on treatment plans and health maintenance. - Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes. - Ensure adherence to safety and infection control protocols. **Compliance / Notes** - Current employees of the organization are ineligible; former employees eligible after 6 months away. - RTO (required time off) must be included in the contract at submission. - Annual flu vaccine required (medical exemptions allowed).
