**Registered Nurse – Acute Care**
**Schedule:**
Shift: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM
**Assignment Details:**
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Guaranteed Hours: 36.00
**Requirements:**
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred
- Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice required
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved vendor required
- At least two years of recent experience in the field
**Roles & Responsibilities:**
- Deliver coordinated nursing care for patients according to established standards of care.
- Analyze assessment data to determine diagnosis and care issues.
- Develop and implement a care plan to achieve desired outcomes.
- Evaluate patient progress and collaborate with the healthcare team for safe and effective care.
- Provide education and resources to patients and their families regarding health management.
- Participate in discharge planning to ensure continuity of care.
