**Title** Obstetric Registered Nurse – OB/GYN **Schedule** 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM, 12-hour Nights, Saturday - Friday **Assignment Details** Contract Length: 14 weeks Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week **Requirements** - 2+ years of OB/GYN experience - High proficiency in LDRP, including Labor, Triage, Delivery, Circulating, C-Sections, Newborn Care, Post Partum Couplet Care - Active Michigan/MI License - Certifications: AWHONN, NRP, BLS (AHA), ACLS (AHA) - STABLE certification (preferred) - Must pass a dysrhythmia test prior to working on the floor - COVID-19 vaccination required, exemptions allowed **Roles & Responsibilities** - Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in the obstetric unit. - Assist in labor and delivery processes, including C-sections. - Monitor and assess maternal and newborn health during labor, delivery, and postpartum care. - Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure safe and effective patient care. - Educate patients and families on labor, delivery, and postpartum recovery. **Compliance / Notes** - Facility provided scrubs - Requests for time off must be noted and verified at upload; no more than 5 days of RTO will be accepted.
