Requirements

• Current nursing license
• Experience in Neonatal Intensive Care
• Ability to provide patient education and family support
• Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
• Certification in BLS and NRP preferred

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and deliver nursing care to neonates
• Administer medications and monitor for physiological changes
• Address psychosocial needs of patients and families
• Supervise and delegate care to ancillary personnel
• Float to pediatric care as needed
